The UK is worryingly exposed to China – but the IRR is a step in the right direction

Following on from my post about the UK’s Integrated Review Refresh (IRR) last week, here is an article I have written for CapX on the fast-moving geopolitical changes these last few months (including China’s foreign minister threatening the US with conflict) and what this means for the IRR.
